Nothing to host: the widget loads from Sorraia
Verify your site with a DNS TXT record or a meta tag, then paste each widget’s code where the old one was. A chat or WhatsApp launcher goes in once, just before the closing body tag, and shows on every page; on Wix that takes Settings → Custom Code on a paid Wix plan with a connected domain.
Swap one page at a time: the old embed keeps running on the pages you have not reached yet. On self-hosted WordPress or a paid WordPress.com plan, the Sorraia plugin can place a widget as a block or a shortcode.
What comes back to your dashboard
Form submissions, bookings and orders each have their own page in your Sorraia dashboard, and chat conversations and WhatsApp taps share the Conversations page. The WhatsApp messages themselves stay in WhatsApp.
By default, Sorraia emails you each new form submission and each new booking.
Moving your booking calendar
Calendar import reads the event types you set up in Calendly, Acuity, Cal.com, SavvyCal, Square or Microsoft Bookings and turns each into a Sorraia calendar, listing them for you before any is created; each one counts toward your site’s allowance.
An imported calendar starts without your colours; apply the site’s brand kit from its Design tab.
Free with no time limit
On Free you get one verified site with one form or one booking calendar on it, as many shop, AI chat and WhatsApp widgets as you need, and 25 AI chat conversations a month. Free shop widgets show a small “Powered by Sorraia” link.
Replacing a booking calendar and a form on the same site takes two, so that starts on Starter.
Did an agency build your site? They can run its widgets from their own Sorraia dashboard and invite you to a login for your site alone, where you see its submissions, bookings and orders.

Is the Free plan free for good?
Yes: Free has no time limit and needs no card. At the site or form-and-calendar limit, the widgets you have keep working and you see an upgrade prompt when you add more. AI chat on Free answers 25 new conversations a month; after that, new chats show your WhatsApp and email options until the count resets.
Will the new widget use my site’s colours?
Forms, booking calendars and shops you build start in the colours of your site’s brand kit, which you set once and can change in the builder. The WhatsApp button keeps WhatsApp’s own green.
Where do my submissions, bookings and orders show up?
Each has its own page in your Sorraia dashboard, and by default new submissions and bookings also reach you by email. AI chat conversations and WhatsApp taps share the Conversations page.
What happens to my old embed while I switch?
It keeps running until you take its code out. Verify your site in Sorraia first, then swap one page at a time; the old and new widgets can run on different pages in the meantime.
Does the AI chat book appointments?
Only if you attach a calendar from the same site to it. Without one it answers questions from the pages it has indexed on your site, captures leads, and says so when the answer isn’t there.
