One Dashboard for Client Sites
Build each client’s forms, booking calendars and shops in Sorraia, put each one live on their site with one copy-paste, and look after every site from one dashboard.
Free plan with no time limit, no card: one site with one form or booking calendar.
Each client site, kept apart
Add a client’s site and verify it with a DNS TXT record or a meta tag; each site counts toward your plan’s site limit. Every widget you build belongs to one site, and the Submissions and Bookings pages filter by site.
Give each client site its own brand kit, and the forms, booking calendars and shops you build for it start in that client’s colours, which you can still change in the builder.
A login that stops at their site
Invite a client by email and they get a login of their own, showing their site’s submissions, bookings and orders and nothing from your other clients. Chat conversations are not part of it.
If you want, you can also let them edit that site’s forms, booking calendars and shop widgets.
Their sales, paid into their own Stripe
Connect a separate Stripe account for each client site, and that site’s shop revenue goes to it rather than to you. In an organisation, only an org admin can connect one.
Try it before it goes on the live site
Each verified live site can have one paired staging site, so you can try a widget on a separate deployment before you paste it on the live site. It is the same widget in both places: a save updates both, and a booking or submission made on staging is real.
Test as guest opens a booking calendar or a product on the page Sorraia hosts for it, in sandbox: a booking made there creates no real appointment, and the checkout never charges a real card.
Here is a real Sorraia booking calendar, loaded by the same embed script you paste. Pick a slot to see the confirmation screen a visitor gets; this one books nothing and sends nothing.
WordPress, Squarespace, Webflow or Wix
On WordPress, Sorraia’s own plugin places a widget as a block or a shortcode, and one checkbox puts the chat or WhatsApp launcher on every page. A Custom HTML block works without the plugin for anyone allowed to save a script tag; Authors, Contributors and Multisite site admins are not, so use the plugin there.
On Squarespace, Webflow and Wix it is the same copy-paste on a plan that runs custom code (Squarespace Core and up, a Webflow plan that allows custom code, a paid Wix plan with a connected domain), and each install guide gives the exact menu path for that builder.
Questions
How many client sites does each plan cover?
Free and Starter cover one site. Growth covers 5, Business 20 and Enterprise 100, and Custom has no site limit. Each site has its own allowance of forms and booking calendars combined: one on Free, 15 on Starter through Enterprise.
What does a client see after they log in?
Only the site you invited them to: its submissions, bookings and orders, and none of your other sites. You can also let them edit that site’s forms, calendars and shop widgets. Its chat conversations are not part of a client login.
Which Stripe account does a client site’s shop pay into?
The Stripe account connected for it. You can connect one Stripe account for your whole Sorraia account or a separate one for each site, and a site’s own connection receives that site’s shop revenue; only an org admin can connect a site’s account. Sorraia takes a small percentage of each sale, lower on higher plans.
Does Sorraia’s name show on a client’s site?
On Free, shop widgets show a small “Powered by Sorraia” link, which Starter and above remove; no other widget type shows it. The emails your widgets send carry a “Sent by Sorraia” line on Free and come from Sorraia’s address until Business white-label, with branded emails that can go out from your own domain. The booking, manage-booking and hosted shop pages keep a small “Powered by Sorraia” footer on every plan.
Can I hand a client’s WordPress site its own connection?
Yes. The plugin connects one WordPress install to one Sorraia site with that site’s own key, which lists the site’s widgets and nothing more: no submissions, bookings, orders or customer data. Widgets are still built and edited in Sorraia.
Is the online store an option on Wix?
No. Wix runs embedded code in a sandboxed frame, and the shop’s checkout cannot open from inside it, so the Buy button would dead-end; Wix’s own store is the right tool there. Forms and booking calendars work in an Embed HTML element on a paid Wix plan with a connected domain.
