How does the shop fee work?
On paid orders through your shop widgets, Sorraia takes a small cut — 2% on Free, shrinking to 0.25% on Enterprise. You keep the rest; it goes straight to your own bank account. If you refund a customer, the fee is reversed automatically.
What happens if I hit a plan limit?
Your existing widgets keep working. You'll see a friendly upgrade prompt when you try to add more forms/calendars beyond the per-site limit, or register additional websites beyond your plan's allowance. Shop orders are never capped, so sales keep flowing on every plan. Upgrade any time and everything resumes instantly.
What's the difference between Solo and Team plans?
Solo plans (Free, Starter, Growth) are for one person — though Growth also unlocks organisations and team features when you're ready. Team plans (Business and up) are designed multi-seat-first, with collaboration, SSO, audit log, and dedicated support baked in.
Can I switch or cancel any time?
Yes. Change plans any time from your Billing page; upgrades and downgrades apply immediately and are prorated. Cancel any time from the same page.
Do annual plans save money?
Annual billing saves at least 20% against the monthly price on every paid tier — a little more on Starter and Enterprise, where the rounded annual figure works out slightly cheaper still. Same features as monthly; you just lock in a year.
Do I need a credit card to try Sorraia?
Not for the Free plan — that one is forever free, no card, no timer. Every new account also gets a 15-day trial of the paid features. To start it you pick a plan and enter a card, but you are charged $0 today: the first payment is taken when the trial ends, and cancelling any time before that costs you nothing.
Can I remove Sorraia's branding?
On Starter and above, the small "Powered by Sorraia" link is removed from your embeds. Business adds full white-labeling with custom domains and branded emails.
