The Sorraia plan tiers and their limits on sites, forms, calendars, widgets, workflows, branding removal, white-label, and HIPAA.
The plans at a glance
Sorraia has five standard plans, plus a Custom plan for larger needs. Each plan sets how many websites you can register and how many forms and calendars you can build on each one. Paying yearly instead of monthly saves at least 20%.
Shop, WhatsApp, and AI chat widgets are unlimited on every plan, so most of what changes as you move up is the number of sites you can run, the forms and calendars per site, workflows, and add-ons like white-label and HIPAA.

Sites
A site is one live website (a verified production domain) you connect to Sorraia. The number you can register depends on your plan:
Every site also comes with one paired staging site, so you can test changes before they go live.

- Starter: 1 site
- Growth: 5 sites
- Business: 20 sites
- Enterprise: 100 sites
- Custom: unlimited
Forms and calendars
On each site, forms and calendars share a single allowance, and you can mix them however you like. For example, on a plan that allows 15 per site you could build 10 forms and 5 calendars, or any other combination up to 15.
The allowance is counted per site, so a plan with several sites gives you that allowance on each one.

Shop, WhatsApp, and AI chat widgets
Shop (checkout), WhatsApp, and AI chat widgets are unlimited on every plan, including Free. You can add as many as you need without hitting a cap.
For shop widgets, Sorraia takes a small percentage of each checkout, and that rate goes down as your plan goes up:
- Free: 2%
- Starter: 1.5%
- Growth: 1%
- Business: 0.5%
- Enterprise: 0.25%
Workflows, branding, and white-label
Workflows let you automate follow-up actions after a form, booking, or order. They are not included on Free or Starter. Growth includes 5 workflows, Business includes 10, Enterprise includes 20, and Custom is unlimited.
The "Powered by Sorraia" branding is removed on Starter and every plan above it (Free keeps the branding). Full white-label, which lets you present the experience as your own, is available on Business, Enterprise, and Custom.
HIPAA
HIPAA is a paid add-on you turn on for a specific site, and it is available on any paid plan (not on Free). The per-site monthly price gets lower as your plan goes up.
On Custom, HIPAA pricing is negotiated with your account team.
