How it works
- Buy 1, 2 or 3 codes here, through Stripe Checkout.
- Get your codes by email — they are also shown on the page Stripe returns you to.
- Redeem them at app.sorraia.app/redeem, on your Sorraia account or a new one.
Codes stack on one account: 1 code is Tier 1, 2 codes are Tier 2, 3 codes are Tier 3. An account holds at most three codes, including any lifetime codes it already has. Client logins (Tier 2 and up) belong to a team workspace, so redeem on your organization if you want them there. An account that already pays for a Sorraia plan cancels it first and redeems once the paid period has ended.
Refunds
30 days, no questions — a refunded code stops working: the account steps down a tier, and returns to Free once it holds no codes; anything over the new limits pauses. Write to [email protected] or reply to your codes email. The Terms have the details.
